This is what is feeded to public, but the truth remains still. Uboat Kursk was same size and that was taken up...what keeps a boat same size on the bottom - maybe the truth. Kursk was in 46m deep and Estonia is 60m...so why not taking that up before that is totally rosted?

Bow visor failures have been pretty common, there have been cases even on new ships. Only the one on Est. was unusually dramatic, with the ramp being forced open. One reason Jan Hew. didn't capsize was probably that it didn't have as many windows as Est. Lots of water came in through the broken windows.
And: even if it's unlikely, it can still happen.

Plot Hole regarding the supposed tearing off of the visor:
Even if you could not see the visor itself from the bridge, you should be able to see the light inside the garage illuminating the sea in front of the ship in the middle of the night. Nobody saw anything to this effect. The Commission has never commented upon this fact.

JAN HEVELIUS capsised 1 year earlier and flouted uppside down for 7 days so estonia should hawe done the same

This film shows everything what comission said, but it can't be the truth. Under the superstructure (car deck) in the hull there was 18000 m^3 of air, this ship couldn't sink, it should turn upside down (after 30 degrees list) and float but not sink. Survivors told about 50 degrees list, the one conclusion is that there was leakage in hull.

I think George W. Bush crept aboard the ship and detonated an explosive in the bow. He wanted to practice blowing stuff up for the world trade center. Then he rode a UFO back to Texas. I have proof of all of this!!!!!!
