Playing DivX on Xbox 360 without Media Center

Video shows me using the new VME application (evolved version of MCE Video Encoder) to play the a few DivX and XviD trailers on the Xbox 360 without a Media Center PC. I basically use the VME PDA interface on an HP IPaq to start the video encoding and then select the encoding video on the Xbox 360s video area. you have to flash your xbox to play copied games. bunch of wires that just bypass the part that check the games are genuine.
