Well,- if you buy a REAL kilt,- 16 oz and handmade,- a little braes like this will not lift your material,- and if you did wear a real kilt, you didn't have green shorts underneath it all.

With the way todays society is..If he did that without underwear some "parent" would accuse him of indecent exposure around his or her kids. He is only playing it safe, you cant trust anybody. I also wear kilts with briefs under them for that exact same reason. You can cll me all the Anti Scotmans comments all you want, Because IM NOT Scottish and can get away with it.

Letting the kilt flap in the wind like this is one of the most teasing things I know. I have done it a few times, also without pants, and with audience.
