Wow! This has to be an insanely rare record! The Paramount company went bankrupt in 1932, so most of their last 2 years' worth of records probably sold very few copies, because of the depression. Also, I did some research, and figured out that this is the SAME Jack Teter who had a huge, unexpected hit with the song "Johnson Rag" in 1949. He was a big name in music around the Milwaukee area, so it was probably pretty easy for him to go up to nearby Grafton, WI, to make records for Paramount.
