Phil thanks for posting this I loved Red. He was such a sweet guy. He was my favorite horse at her barn. OH and also. UM that is not a tail extension SHELLMADDE. They tie the tails up and let them grow. This isn't western pleasure where they put extensions on the tails. God woman get your facts straight!!

@SHELLMADDE I will tell you for fact BECAUSE I USED TO WORK FOR PEG ALDERMAN!!!!! SHE DOES NOT SORE HER HORSES PERIOD. I knew this horse personally and he was a valuable horse to that barn he was never EVER MISS TREATED. Be careful who you talk about in the horse world honey it can be a small one and Peg Alderman is one of the top Morgan trainers in the country. I am not terribly fond of the woman, but I know what is done in her barn. And she doesn't use leg chains or sore her horses!!!!

SORED HORSE
poor horses is SORED can you not see the CHAINS beating his fetlocks
he cant turn a corner but very slow he'd fall. mustard oil, saran wrap, glass in the shoes., wedges do your research. that is also a very obvious tail extension.

@SHELLMADDE Umm. You need to read your AMHA rule books. 1, Morgans don't sore their horses. They would not have fluid motion like that. Soring a horse was a Tennessee Walker thing. They would sore their back feet to make them squat behind as they gaited. This horse does not. Glass in the shoes would cause the horse to be lame. You'd show obvious lameness, which this horse does not. And I can tell you from person experience. The tail is real. It's braided and wrapped when not in the show ring.

SORED HORSE

@SHELLMADDE Also, a "Sored" horse will not wear his ears forward. Wearing the ears forward shows a sign of happiness with the horse. A horse going around with "Glass" in it's feet would not do this. Please don't tear up my video threads again until you do a bit of research. This horse was around for years and years just as happy as can be. He loved showing.
