Corradino Heights in Paola were the location of three clusters of megalithic temples dating to more than 5000 years ago. The remnants of Kordin III are all that survive. Kordin I and Kordin II were recorded in the late 19th century but have since been engulfed by the industrial estate and other developments. Kordin III comprises a traditional "trefoil" (three apses) temple next to an earlier two-apsed lobed temple and other chambers.
