The Flipit is a unique new compact seat. It is a comfortable and stable everyday chair that transforms simply into a compact, self standing unit which is easy to carry, transport and store. But more than that, it is a desirable object that also works beautifully, transforms brilliantly and performs reliably.

Flipit is designed around our patented linkage mechanism, using simple geometry and precisely located pivot points to engineer the transformation from open seat to closed unit. It is a flexible solution for both public and private multifunctional areas and where storage space is at a premium. The functional Flipit fits into any environment, indoors or outdoors, at home or at work.

  • Obvious nothing wrong with your design skills, well done!

But if you had done your homework you would have realised the Dragons wouldn't do a deal that involved a third party holding the IPR and paying that third party royalties taken from directly income whilst you are asking the Dragons to share in net profits after all expenses. That's where it went wrong.

    But good luck.

  • @timcullis @timcullis Hi Tim, the pitch was well prepared and the licensing opportunity was only part of the offering however the pitch got stuck on this point and unfortunately the time ran out for me to turn it around. For the laymen in the audience I've made a short video which you can find in my channel which describes how a licence deal could have worked in my situation.

  • obviously, u treated the dragons as fools... thinking that u would get an investment and u can milk the dragons because u own the first co where it collects royalties from the dragons...

sorry, in life i learnt one lesson, just because u can count, doesn't mean you are the only one that can count.

  • Fantastic looking stuff - it's obvious you have a real gift. Dragons didn't give you a chance.
