Ha, that one and the one before were funny! I have to say, I thought that poll was weird, about people not trusting comedians. I think they tend to be some of the most honest people out there, which is why they make us laugh. They say things that are true, that most people would never say out loud, it strike's a chord in the audience, and they laugh. I think it's really a pretty noble profession in a way. Acting too. There are different ways to demonstrate truth, and talking ABOUT it is only one

I've learned that acting was a magnetic pull for me. The Hollywood music scene died with the rise of Nirvana and I started hanging around directors, actors, and screenplay writers. I would eventually find myself on million dollar sets and watching some big-timers doing their schtick. It's about focus, intensity, and less is more most times. When action is called? Very little is caught by the naked eye. The camera does the work and the editors make it dramatic. In film anyway.
