The restaurant which can be seen from the caged elevator is only open during the evening. Would be nice if they would open it during lunch time, but who can afford the prices for the food in Frontenac?? Starbucks which is on the Ladue side of Lindbergh is the only place in addition to Schnucks that has coffee at a much more reasonable price.
