How to get Snorunt in Pokémon Diamond

This is how to get Snorunt:
.Go to Acuity Lakefront and go to the last grass at the exit of this same place;
.In that grass use your poké radar to finda a shiny grass moving;
.If you keep searching in those shiny grasses you'll find a Snorunt.

How to evolve Snorunt into a Froslass:
.Catch a female Snorunt;
.Give Snorunt a Dawn Stone and it will evolve.
