Ya know... cheese...from a cow...or maybe a goat or a sheep.

Cheese comes from animals. It's not vegan.

Why would someone expect me to know how to turn a cheese product into something for people who eat weeds and seeds?

No clue how to make vegan everything except to only use vegetables, nuts and seeds. You'll have to google that one.
