He did it with out even bringing a can of paint; now that's BLACK MAGJIC! Whn I got thr frm SF Bay Area & saw over 2mil heads, I was in Shock & AWE!

@Blackamoor009 ..Probably to deal with the inevitable haters, the MMM was the only march I know of to give an independent and public financial audit. You can read it at TinyURL[DOT]com/mmm-audit

@TheLizardKing1967: Among some good was: Following the March, The National Association of Black Social Workers reported a flood of 13,000 new applications to adopt Black children............... 1.5 million Black men registered to vote in the months following the March................... Black social, civic and religious institutions reported sharp membership increases...... It also directly challenged the image of Black men portrayed around the world by mainstream (White) corporate media.
My 4th grade teacher, Ms. Harris, sent the students home early so that we could catch it on TV before it ended. She didn't want us to miss this historic moment in history.
I made it home a little after 2pm and turned on the television to KTVU (Fox affiliate in the Bay Area).
I saw something I never saw in my life....a Black man speaking on the steps of the Nation's Capital to almost 2 million other Black men.
