You clearly have a mod which eliminates A) the arc of the arrow... making it 1000x easier to aim.  B) Increases the arrow's velocity numerous times, causing it to nearly instantly reach it's target..... no skill whatsoever shown in these clips.

archery is always possible. You just dont get a crosshair
