Its Easy You Just Commit SO much crime untill the crime level is full
tip : get bad cop points kill people randomly just commit so much crime untill you get arrested then

this reminds me of when i first played black ops for ps3 pc and xbox 360 bad framerate lag (i understand youve got a video card problem for this) but it just brings back dead memories
