Hi thanks a lot for yr videos and yr time. Just one think though. There is so much effort in the western countries abount PROTEIN. Believe me. You don't need so much protein in yr receipts to be healthy. I do a lot of work out in the Gym, I swim long distances in open sea & I run country side. I also keep religious feasts. In the feasts I have discovered that our bodies can handle very good "low protein" plus "hi-fat" (olive) diets no problem. Keep foods as are (all egg) eat less = healthier.

@shkag actually, cholesterol in food is very different from that in the body. Therefor, no official instance or dietician would advise someone to eat less cholesterol if they are eating allot. They'd advise to cut saturated fats. Those raise cholesterol levels very clearly, while cholesterol from food actually doesn't raise it all that much.

Actually 6 egg whites is too much for this volume. Whites make cookies feel very very dry. Don't like it :((

@ParkmoreWestside213 Of course. Now never over do it with 8+ whole eggs a day, but 2 is fine. Arnold Schwarzenegger always ate the whole eggs..

@ParkmoreWestside213 The cholesterol in egg yolks is HDL cholesterol, which is GOOD for you and will not make your cholesterol rise.

@frosti0408 the yolk contains have the protein of the egg, lot of vitamins, BUT ALSO is high in cholesterol, if you had 6 of them

I always seperate my egg yoke from white this way
Crack the egg
Have the egg in one half
Place thumb gently on the yoke
Pour egg white in the cup
I always leave the egg yokes for my girlfriend, she makes cookies out of them
