Bittersweet, Ice cream and Goal, Goal, Goal!!

recipe for protein ice cream:
1 cup milk
2 scoops protein powder (i used eas chocolate flavored whey protein)
1 tablespoon Sugar Free Caramel syrup..torani or davinci's
1 tablespoon Sugar free caramel sauce (smuckers)
1 package swiss miss hot chocolate diet delight-25 calorie
3 handfuls of cocoa almonds (emerald)
**PLUS.. if you add a tablespoon of decaf instant coffee, it will bring out the chocolate flavor out more in your ice cream.. try it*******

ice cream maker used:
Cuisinart frozen yogurt-ice cream and sorbet maker
model ice-20
