@wamaral89 Yeah, obviously, I was just saying it makes the game a bit more exciting. Of course noone wants to leave themselves out of position at any time. Besides, I've learnt a lot about cue sports since I left that comment. :)

@Snookbone u wouldnt play for excitement when you want to reach the final. also the corner pockets here are tight (which is unusual in those tournaments) so CB control is vital

Was he or was he (Peach) not attempting the combination kick shot the commentators suggest? It's really a do or die attempt - no way to leave a safety hitting the high side of the 1, and there's a possible scratch cross side, too, if one makes it. Then again, the way he hit it, with the speed he uses there, what's the likelihood of getting the result he got?

I think the sloppy cueball control makes it more exciting. When it happens, they need to make more difficult shots on the ultimate stage: The WPC

There was no attempt at the plant on the 2-ball! Not from that angle, and with the conservative Peach. Better quality in this frame compared to the last one though, but the cueball control has been sloppy still.
