@Kaibot "Oh, also as you see at ~2:11 I wait at the red and then ride up to the pack...I make it my duty to obey the rules though, stop at reds, slow at stop signs" Really?? At 3:04 and 4:02 you must have forgot your duty. I also notice how the whole lot of you took up all the lanes you were travelling in to create as much disruption as possible to motorists and breaking the law at the same time.

Does critical mass still go on in toronto? If so, what time does it happen every month?

Nice generalization.

Hey Insert - that's why most cyclists don't do that. Most pedestrians don't walk in the middle of my bike lanes or jay-walk from behind a parked car right in front of me, but the few that do are very annoying and potentially dangerous nevertheless.
PIGS IF I WAS IN MY CAR ID FUCKING RUN YOU SONS OF A B*TCHES OVER!!!!!! YOURE MAKING BAD REP FOR BIKERS MAkING THEM SEEM LIKE A BUNCH OF ARROGANT PIGS

Hi there! You don't know me, but I'm what you would call a "pedestrian". Ummm, you know how you really hate how cars get to use so much room on the streets and that they get in the way of your riding?
Well us pedestrians don't really care for you guys when you hop from street to sidewalk and back again when we're pushing our strollers or carrying groceries. Also, this may come as a shcok, be we don't appreciate it when you run through redlights and hit us crossing the road.

Oh, also as you see at ~2:11 I wait at the red and then ride up to the pack.
I ride aggressively, as you need to in a city like Toronto, you need to make you're presence on the road know or cars will cut you off left and right, rarely signaling while doing so.
I make it my duty to obey the rules though, stop at reds, slow at stop signs (as cars do). As Monfri said above, most cyclists have respect, but it's true that many do not.

I also agree with Monfri and go further with saying that pedestrians can be even more aggravating than a car. Cars are more or less predictable, pedestrians seem to blindly do things quite often.
ex. If a streetcar is coming don't walk out into the middle of the street 20 feet before it gets there... wait till it stops.

I can understand that not everyone is a cyclist and therefor less conscience of what not to do, but try and have respect.
I for one know that I am not perpetuating the unruly cyclist image, but since so many are it almost seems like a lost cause, but I will continue to do what I do.
Just realize that everyone is different and you can't put all cyclists together in the same group, and this way of thinkingness carries through in all things.
