true, he doesn't have the volume or range of say mariah carrey. but what he has is a nice voice and he uses it well. he has perfect pitch, and he stays in the pocket. actually i'd say that makes him a really good singer. but i hear what you're saying.

Fred,I admired your Wes transcription books years ago. Also, you are showing the range of your musicality by singing in a very pure musical way. I know you have to have more then "radar ears." Great job!
