I looked into it, and OMG,talk about OVER-PRICED furniture, the little tale that turns into a Dining Table, is over $3200.00, just for a table, I thought, hell no, I can eat on my lap for that price....Nice designs though!

wonderful stuff, but not for the average person, can't afford the condo and now the furniture is totally out of reach.

You are talking about half million dollar NY condos where money buys everything but more space, so the price is less relevant than the space something takes or saves. The people who buy this stuff view it as saving the $20K to $50K just in commissions and closing costs to switch to a larger place. You just can't always use thrift stores and Ikea as your yardstick for furniture costs. I build custom furniture and could not even make someone a bed like that bunk bed for under $2500.

They can sell to Japanese who are well off but not rich and who have a keen sense for style and design and live in the crammed megalopolis in Japan where space is at a premium. That's likely the niche market they're after because to design space-saving furniture at those price points it's simply and antithesis. It's like designing small electric car that drive hundreds of miles on a cheap charge and then sell it at a prohibitive prices

The costs mean these designers have no concept of frugality. Someone smarter will (probably already has) make something better and cheaper.

I love the designs.Wow! but these are clearly for the wealthy,but most wealthy people don't live in tiny cramped spaces. Maybe this company is just looking to sell to a very small market.
