David Hampsten on Improving East Portland's Throughways (East Portland in Motion)

David Hampsten is a resident of East Portland and has volunteered a significant amount of hours toward the improvement of East Portland's biking and walking infrastructure. With his help and input, the City is proposing the East Portland in Motion plan--a practical strategy of improving throughways and transportation safety in the area.
