Truck driver is lost, goes wrong way on a ramp, takes awkward turn, gets stuck

I was strolling in the park on Tuesday the 16th and witnessed this gem. At first I saw a large blue object throught the woods and did not know what it could possibly be.. turns out it's a container. The intersection of Blandford Dr and Evergreen Blvd is too minor to be drawn on maps as an overpass. I guess this driver did not know the area and panicked when he expected to go from eastbound Evergreen Blvd to southbound Blandford Dr. towards highway 14, Fred Meyer, and industrial area. So he drove the wrong way onto the offramp from Blandford to Evergreen, then tried to turn sharp right onto southbound Blandford.
