The Close Up Sessions
Part one
Shapeshifter sandwich

A red and a black queen are removed from the deck and are placed on the table. A card is then selected and lost in the deck. One of the queens is placed in to the middle of the deck andthe othr is put face up on top of the deck. The two queens instantly change places and are then used to locate the chosen card.
I hope you enjoy this fairly brief sandwich routine.
Thanks
Marcus

  • The moves were really nice, I liked them. I have to ask though, what's the purpose of some of the moves? As moves they're solid, as a routine they feel weird, just my personal opinion. Why change a queen into another? Also, you present the change as a transposition but you don't show that the 2nd queen has transposed until a lot later, it's used as an average convincer. Why hold off on showing the queen? I hope this makes sense.. The moves were great but I think the sleights obstruct the routine

  • Wow, that's a very nice effect and creative idea! I think I understand how it works, but even then, the presentation was great, so It was still very nice!
