A Film by Sarah Macmillan, NORTHERN LANDSCAPES
A film showing the famous Wild Daffodils which bloom in Farndale. During late March April each year along the River Dove in the North York Moors National Park. The paved Daffodil Walk runs alongside the River Dove for 1½ miles between Low Mill & High Mill, Church Houses.
The film also includes the wonderful song Farndale Daffodils written & performed by local folk singer/songwriter Graeme Miles.
This short sequence Farndale Daffodils is a scene taken from my film 'A Glimpse Of Rural Heritage'.

  • First heard a Graeme Miles song performed in Asia ...it stayed with me ...I'd like to hear more of his original recordings are there any? Also where is he and what's he doing ...a great talent!

    Best, Harper John
