MGS4 BB Emblem Run [Act 1 (part 1 of 5)]

I begin my play through at a sluggish pace.
Intro video -- Meeting Mk.II
My video messes up a little bit into this video, and skips a whole section, it is back to normal half way through part 2, and doesn't mess up again through the whole play through, sorry about that.
For the section that is missing, just stay on the right side and crawl the whole way, and when you get to the hallway, theres 1 PMC that may walk backwards towards you, just CQC him. It should only take a minute or 2, and nothing hard should happen.

awesome btw i started a new game in extreme when i saved i overwrited my easy file (9999 bullets 350 rations xD) i lost all!! and now if i want to pass the game in easy i cant cause i have to end it on extreme, im doomed..:'(

After act 1, I pretty much only use the items I pick up on the map.

It's not that much harder doing a BB run with no items than it is with a ton of items.

Besides, the ammo cap is like 300, and the ration cap is 3, so all that stuff you had would go away anyways.

do you have to complete it within a certain amount of time or can you take hours and upon hours but not be seen and not die and still get the BB emblem
