A lot of people ask me about what kind of houses are available in the Philippines, and their prices. Today, I want to share a video tour of my house. I have a rather large house, and somewhat expensive, but at least this will give you an idea of what is available here and how much it will cost you. • Hi friend, curious how you make 1,000,000 a month, and you're renting? Why not buy a nice house and lot? Or our own subdivision?

  • @onggoytatay I prefer to rent for many reasons. It's a personal choice.

  • Thanks for the tour Bob , Can I ask you how much you pay for utilities ArtB

  • @barrosoarturo We usually pay about P15k or so.

  • hi bob, im from Davao City, i was born and raised there, right now im based here in sao paulo brazil, when i saw your house i recognized it right away coz i used to pass there all the time when i went to school, and its very near in Nanay Bebeng´s restaurant. I was so happy because it bring back old memories of my home town.

  • Also, your wife sells real-estate. Why do you not own? 35,000 a month? You could be paying 800 a month on a mortgage...
