On Days, he played a spy named Shane Donovan (think of a soap opera version of James Bond). There are a lot of fantastic clips on YT.

It's almost typecasting that in this movie he plays a director and in "The Nanny" he played a broadway producer! I know from the soap opera mags that he was on Days Of Our Lives (but I don't watch the soap so I don't know what character he played)
A gorgeous man nonetheless NO MATTER what role he plays.
