She is there to protect the paramount security interest she has in the scarecrow, and all the scarecrow's property and collateral, but at the same time, she would be more than happy to assist the court in bringing perfect harmony to the public trust and private trust by setting-off, settling, and closing the matter for the STATE OF KANSAS.

At 6:08 in the video, she uses the phrase calm potensy........I am trying to look up the definition, I know I am spelling it wrong and it is latin, how is is it spelled so I can google it???

@dyern001 She is trying to say COMPETENCY. Mentally competent to handle her own affairs. Asking for the original charging instrument demonstrates competency.
