If anyone feels that the heated arguments get intolerably out of hand, please say so. I guess I should run a more critical eye over the posts and do some deleting or even blocking. Somewhat reluctantly though, as long as I’m quite an open-minded person, all for freedom of speech and taking the bad with the good (plus constructive criticism is always as good as accolades:). However, I don’t want the enjoyment of the fans be marred by non-sensical critique.

This was exquisite from start to finish. If I was a sculptor, I would do a bronze of Michelle in that final pose... it just seems to sum up what beautiful skating is all about.

@anne91276 You are right, Michelle doesn't deserve it. She was not just a legendary champion, but she is such a lady and lovely person...an amazing representative for her country and for the sport. No doubt, this is why Yuna Kim named Michelle her hero. After reading many of his posts over the past few months, IMO Getrealandsee is not just mentally ill, but also racist...no matter how extraordinary Michelle is, Getrealandsee is always going to hate her because she is Asian IMO.

MissThingSings I see what you mean... But Michelle Kwan doesn't deserve to have someone like Getrealandsee to provoke something so outrageous. In a way Getrealandsee reminds me of Tonya Harding because , they behaved like arrogant people, so highly overrated. Michelle Kwan was absolutely a natural athlete the last time I saw her in a show many years ago at the Cow Palace, in California near 101. That was also the year I first saw Sasha and Oksana Baiul perform on ice.

@anne91276 Getrealandsee has so many usernames that it is impossible to fully block him...any person who is so vulgar and sick as to accuse Michelle of performing sex acts to earn an Olympic berth is going to find a way to spew venom. Most people just ignore him, but I actually take delight in confronting the idiot and demonstrating just how unintelligent he truly is.

However why would you even let getrealandsee get carried away with her obnoxious tirade instead of having her completely blocked from posting in Michelle Kwan's forum? She is always finding ways to use other figure skaters as a way to purposely bash on Michelle Kwan. I am getting sick and tired of reading all of these dumb postings. Michelle Kwan is not ours for the purpose of bullying.
