I saw this video a while back now and showed it to my coaches in tier. but in season 08 - 09 I was in tier 5 and doing a solo as well as a team routine. My doctor pulled me out of it for a while because my Diabetes was bad but I got better after being out of the pool for three months. But I went back and got 1st as an Atlantic champion in solo and with my team. I may become a coach next year so this video would help me

From experience, arguing about whether an activity counts as a sport or not is usually ridiculous and pointless. Who cares what some cheerleader at your school thinks? And why is being a sport the ultimate validation anyway? It just belies her ignorance and her own insecurities. Anyone with basic faculties can see the technique, strength, and training that must go into synchro. Let that fact be your validation, and let the others think what they want.

There is no other country that has collaborate more in a artistic and ballet skills then the people of Russia.

They are simply the best... I always want to see what is their choreography and costume too. Gold medal in choreography, costume, music and training discipline.

They are always more creative then other countries.

I love it ... I admire and I always want to copy...because they are the best.

@synchro4life3652 right?!?!!?!? i always have to explain to people what it is and convince them its probably the hardest sport out there and say you try holding your breath for 2 mins ( since thts my longest time) while doing pretty things with your legs without touchiong the ground. nd oh i hear ya whith cheerleading. i hate cheerleaders cause technically i dont consider it a sport and they have no reason to say synchro isnt a sport when i know what we do is infinity times harder then that!

@maddielicious83 hell no at any level its 13 feet but when we get to shallow water were still not allowed to touch the bottom. yes we dont touch at all
