My grandpa passed away this weekend. He was an amazing man that many will always look up to as a great example of what a husband, father, brother, son and grandfather and great-grandfather should be. He was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force during WWII serving his country in the most honorable way imaginable. After serving for our great nation, he was a masonry contractor and built the first Boy's Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. He also became a Real Estate Broker becoming the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.

My grandfather was an upstanding citizen and always full of happiness and joy. He had a chuckle that made his whole body shake bringing a smile to anyone's face and uplifted the mood of any gathering. He worked hard always supporting his family and loving them with every ounce of his being. My grandfather and grandmother had an enduring, unwavering and devoted love I have never seen in anyone else. He lived a long and prosperous life and will forever be in the hearts and minds of those lives he touched over the years.

I love you grandpa and will never forget you!
