It's their money, they can spend it however they like, why don't you make the same type of complaint about rich westerners spending billions, i bet no one tells you how to spend your money. As for the clothing, it's their traditional outfit, try having some respect for cultures that are different to yours.

I can not believe all these new rich, spend billions on things that will be hard to maintain once oil dry up (20 years). and at the same time all dressed with white woman's pajamas and a funny cloth on the head. There are many things to do with so much money that can help and be more sustainable
