The thing at the end is a love umbrella, similar to writing two names enclosed in a heart... It has Sasuke and Sakura underneath, but with Sasuke crossed out. Meaning, she either no longer likes him or wants to get over him... As she's shown signs of liking Naruto (the last time I watched it, it was very minimal)
