Earlier this year, Team John Hancock invited Tour de France stage winner and Olympic gold medal cyclist, Tyler Hamilton, to lead a training discussion in preparation for their team's participation in the Audi Best Buddies Challenge 100-mile charity bike ride. In this interview, Tyler sits down with Best Buddies staff member, Richard Fries, to discuss Tyler's training philosophy and to tell stories from Tyler's 14 years as a professional bike racer.

I apologise, I meant Heras, 4 time winner of the Vuetla. My point is that as an organisation they were all implicated, and it would be unrealistic to think the most successfull guy on this team was clean, when all these dopers couldn't touch him. Add to those names the guy's me beat in the tour Easily!!!! Ulrich, Vinokurov, Valverde, Basso, etc....
