Gta: San Andreas - World of.. WTF?!?!

I was playing sa-mp on a server with some other dudes, and after some messing around, I spawned with an NRG on top of an interior.. So I jumped of it.. Just check the video, and you'll see what I mean.. It's really freaky, because it's in the interior-part of San Andreas, but: why do they put roads and traffic lights in the 'interior' world?!
Don't ask how I came here: i entered the interior under the sfinx nead the pyramid in Las Venturas, spawned with an NRG on top of the interior, and the rest you can see in the video..

theres a 3rd visible neighbourhood in interior world, up at the car showroom and cranberry station. also, if you go into the bayside boat school while you're in interior world, and out again, you land in the water. Get a boat, then spawn a jetpack and explore hologram world. Only be careful, theres edges you can fall off and its possible to fall forever....

You were just riding in the parts they use from previous Gta's to make the sea like on vice city you couldnt get in the water no parts to make it with all im sayin is that your riding in the layor under the sand of the sea. thats what i think of every time i use this awesome glitch

I think it somehow confuses the game into loadin certain areas. Or in this case part of one.
