  • @nyugirl1985 Great to hear that you got it.

  • Thank you! Great demonstration. My yarn was smaller than yours so I just added more stitches in the beginning. I just started crocheting yesterday and this video helped me so much!

  • @CplPhillypoo You are welcome. Great modification suggestion, thank you.

  • @wilsonwoman3 A nice, thick needle would be good. What I did was I took a thick needle and put the same color of yarn in and sewed the top together. Yarn is better than thread when sewing a crochet project.

  • @12dogsandy Well when you get it maybe the length of your forefinger when you arent counting at the bottom simply change the color.

  • Great tutorial! Love your videos. I was wondering like you said, in part one, it doesn't matter if your 1 or 2 stitches off... I was off about 7 or 8.. Is that going to mess me up in any way?

  • what would i do if i wanted to have a different color around the bottom so it looks like a south park hat

  • Hi. First of all thank you so much for doing this video!!! Second, I am using a smaller needle and thinner yarn, and the circle is significantly smaller than yours. Will this be O.K.? Thank you very much in advance!

  • im making this but it seems like my hat is rly big, i followed ur directions too, is it suppose to be kinda big when u make it?

  • Thank you so much for this tutorial. It's my first crocheting project and it's turing out very nice. :) This tutorial is very easy to understand and follow for a beginner!
