A landslide after Monday's heavy rainstorm & recent earthquake activity; collapsed a section of a coastal bluff road in San Pedro, seen Mon Nov. 21, 2011. There were no injuries or property damaged. A Los Angeles official says the stretch of road that collapsed is likely irreparable and a new route for the scenic roadway will have to be considered.(Solar Flare update 11/22/2011) With more than half a dozen spots scattered across the face of the sun, the sunspot number is high. M 2.6 happened today (1/13th/2012) near that same area. Here in the east coast we been having the same problem, but with sink holes. Heavy rain and the movement of the plates caused gas and water leaks, many sinkholes and home explosions, especially in Allentown, PA.
