@DouglasUrantia This was done in the late eighties, or at least as late as 1990, but it's interesting to note that smoking was still as acceptable then as in the 1970s.

one might recall that this was made a generation ago, the 1970s, when smoking was more in favor than it is now.
Smoking used to be considered sexy.
