Heavy rains caused alot of flash flooding to occur here in Pensacola, Florida today. This is my backyard which never gets flooded. Other parts of the city really got really drenched. That system was definetly tropical in nature.

    It's probably the shape of the land you have. So flat. I live right on the bottom of a hill and one time. My mother spent 8 hours out back by the pool cleaning. And the next the next day. All the mud from that hill slid off and into our pool from so much rain. Crystal clear blue pool to black! It was awful.
