not true, the 1.8 is slower, and the turbo in them isnt shit after 100k miles. the vr6 is the way to go for performance and durability

this is true I have 122,000 miles on my 03 24v vr6 tuned and it runs like new, love it. and it runs 0-60 in 5 to 5.5 all day nice

I found out later that my Temp sensor was bad, making the car rich and not helping the acceleration. Right now i walk 1.8t's all day long :)
