great stuff man, i would be really glad to do it this well someday. one thing though, check the notes (dmbtabs or somewhere else), you're playing too high up on the neck on that part...

sick voice. almost got the guitar part down just watch dave on the charlie rose show, that's how i learned it the right way, shit is tricky though

I don't know if it's on purpose, but seems to me you are a quite out of tempo on verses, and on the part "I'll go .. alone" you're out of key, i think a tone up, or something.
