We did what we could to be available for any questions folks might have, just as we're doing here. We can't fill in the Privateer side of the equation, but we can certainly fill in our side.

At around 1:30 you mentioned that you were creating content for Monsterpocalypse. Maps, missions and the like wouldn't be a problem, but DICE are a huge problem, even if you were giving them away. People lost dice from their starters all the time, hence the dice packs PP sold. Producing dice based on their IP is infringement. They are likely building a case against you if this is the case. They have been tight lipped so you wouldn't broadcast it on the social sites. Unprofessional, but possible

That is probably unlikely as the dice we first made years ago (seems like a super long time to wait) and they were officially embraced by the then lead MonPoc designer as being officially certified and eligible for use in PP's own tournaments.

I'd like an update actually, I notice I haven't seen any new MonPoc info period in like 2 years, but you're still selling Warmachine and Hordes stuff as well as your own custom Monsterpocalypse maps, so clearly something got straightened out. It definitely sounded like in the video you had been banned from selling anything PP, yet, you still are...

Seems like if there was infringement they would have gotten a cease and desist or even a simple DMCA notice. Thats the easy way to control fan content without killing off a loyal retail outlet (and likely a healthy community) in the process. Maybe they said/did something someone at PP didn't like so they blackballed them and the directive to speak to legal is just stonewalling. IDK, just a thought.

I have to agree. Going public to the internet and not just those who bought PP products from you probably wasn't the wisest idea. Also, I find it hard to believe that you have NO idea why PP would put a hold on you guys legally. Team Covenant produced and sold Monpoc products, right? So, the legal issues are probably wrapped up in that. Maybe they are getting ready to reboot it and are trying to figure out what to do about your involvement with their IP.

TC, Just cool it. This was a mistake making this video. Any Hopes of reconciling after this confusion will be dashed and you will be left out in the cold here. Your community will not make a dent in the national and international market for PP Products. This is going to turn into a pissing match that you can"t handle. They kept this quiet in order to not call you out, they did not want to make this a big deal. More than likely, this was a misunderstanding that could have been handled ooc.
