Title says it all. A bit harder than Saurfang, but still doable.

Oh man I remember those days. I used to solo heal 9/12 Heroic 10 man on my disc priest. In full heroic 25 gear though Lol. Was awesome. never could solo heroic Dreamwalker/sindy and LK though. Ooof.

@johs58 My opinion is different.. I feel after a certain amount of spellpower (~3000) stack intellect all the way. Because with 15% (talent) more you're adding quite a bit when you gem it. Most poeple have 8 gems thats 230 intellect ~4000 mana? dont quote me on that lol

@johs58 Spellpower :> As i said earlier, it might be an idea to gem some int aswell if your gear isnt that good :> but in the end its SP all the way!
Exept Lich King 10man HC, I'm gemming some int now cause we need it when were healing that fight :P
then Back to SP
