Brian's guitar is a Vox. Made in Italy. They were heavy and had fat necks. Is that really Keith who sang in the youth choir at the Queen's coronation? LOL (yes he did!)
-
@bluciar I agree. He was THE top of the quitars' sound in the group.Richard's talent became reality and flied after brian's silence.

Jagger was too "whatever" to do a decent job on lip-synching. Wanted to watch this to see who played the guitar break. Turns out it was Keef. Great job on rythym by Brian. Too bad drugs killed off his creativity and his life.

Hate the lip sync...

@Reygall07 When Brian died they lost their soul.

and charlie looks bored to death-as usual hahaha
-
Blimey! Mick looks so unsophisticated here!

@welcome2myhell Not saying they were'nt. Mick ,great front man , Keith great
guitar player . Both excellent song writers But Jones played Chicago blues parts
so authentically it gave all the early recordings a Chess feel , at least for me.Just
a great band.

@MrSticksb yah right, Mick and Keith weren't a major blues influence either. LOL.
Yes, Brian Jones had his problems but he was a very talented musician, he could learn an instrument is just a matter of minutes. I really believe it's time to let him rest in peace.

Brian Jones was the major blues influence that gave the stones their edge. His chord
progressions and timing gave Keith a perfect platform for his chops.
