It's Guggenmusik. It's a kind of traditional band from Switzerland. The goal is to have fun (possibly drunk). Live, it's reall cool. There are many Guggenmusik bands in the swiss german area, and it's increasing also in the swiss french part, especially in Canton of Valais.
