  • I ride a 2003 VZ800 Marauder, silver/back scheme. I hope you did something about the writing on the fuel tank, that's just goofy.

  • @TheScott2K I plan on getting it repainted at the end of summer..just no big point to it yet as its in great condition except for a few minor nics...Gonna go for a black scheme i think...will wait and see...just added saddlebags, sissy bar..new handlebar grips, foot pegs, underglow. Still havent found me a decent forward control set that is fairly cheap...and a new headlight...

  • Sounds real good. I just bought a 2000 Marauder today. Cool bikes with a very reliable motor.

  • @dudeacus Thanks...Hope ya enjoy ya bike!

  • nagyon füstöl vazze

  • I just bought a 2003 Suzuki Marauder w 7500 miles. For $2100. I was pleased. Fireball flames custom paint job. I will post soon. Thanks for your video. I had to buy a new battery. Sounded like your cold start. Good now.

  • looks so mean compared to my 125 :P

    but im only young!

  • Anyone who has a Marauder or Intruder will find the w w dot migcruisers dot c o m site a big resource for these bikes, more so on the forum side as I mentioned below., going to a 17 tooth front sprocket makes the bike comfortable on the highway, changing to a (non dynojet) stage II w/ K&N filters helps (see migcruisers forum for why Dynojet sucks on these bikes)

and getting rid of the PAIR is a pretty easy fix too, reduces popping and gets rid of that massive eyesore off the right side side

  • I've got a 97 VZ800 Marauder and from the sounds of your startup either you have a weak battery or there are issues with the MMM (mitsuba mystery module) causing intermittent slow cranking on startup (easy fix though)

You can learn more here just type (forums.delphiforums.c o m/mig/start) in your browser.

Mine sounded like yours with the slow crank on the startup. so I tossed the MMM, it was still bad and since I got a YUASA battery and it has been much quicker on starting.
