In this video, i show 10 variations that you can do to work out your core(abs). I feel the core is the most important factor in Ninja Warrior, in every sport really. I try to 60 reps each, but if you new start off slow and do 20 reps each. Watch you will get a six pack in no time. THanks for watching and please subscribe.     That won't make a difference.. do what your body tells you to do :) , If you feel tired rest.. or else push.

    No i mean as i said. Do i have a rest period betweeen each individual exercise? So you do the first exercise..do you then go straight to 2,3,4,6 etc, or do you rest for 30 seconds after each for example?

    You mean when you're tired during excercise? or when you completed one part of your exercise program?? If you get tired during an exercise I would take 10 seconds rest breathe deep and push forward.. Otherwise.. Exercise at your BEST and rest 1 day and exercise at your best again the next day after resting.
