i think the fault on this myth is all based on the critics in the government. the news teams just delivers what they get from the interviews. i can't believe filipinos are so poor when there's always traffic jam in edsa. lol

I agree to you on that...seems that filipinos are all blinded by the reality coz of the bias news or tabloid type media we have in the Philippines...i may be wrong but that is what i see and filipinos do have a short memory span...we don't reallt learn from the past and political history of the land.

I think you should apply your suggestion to yourself. Our country, in reality, is not getting poor. The news, most especially ABSCBN, is delivers a very negative perception in our own land. I read a column in philstar that balikbayans were so surprised when they visited the Philippines because they believed that our country was so poor and helpless base on the news, but instead, they saw filipinos in fancy restaurants and malls!

Tama ka dyan Brod at isa pa the truth is kung napansin mo ang mga lokal na kandidato di naman 'yan magsasabi na iboto natin ang kanilang presidente kung wala ang presensya nang kanilang kandidato. ang problema sa question mo MrLutherlapira ganito - tinatanong at hinahanapan mo si Chiz ng improvements sa province nya. eh hindi naman dapat ganun.
