You can see at the beginning she is not happy with her monitors then makes them squeek on purpose at 0:43. My guess is that she is pissed about the sound.

It wasn't The Cranberries' fault, if she can't sing correctly with that equipment what else can she do, fortunately the finished the show and she just avoided singing the high toned parts as you can see ;)

I don't think she's sick, in that Musica Si show Dolores stops playing (I think it's in Zombie or WUASTC) because the sound is terrible, she got mad with the people that manages the show because of that, in the last song (Time Is Ticking Out) as you can see, she apologizes with the audience because of that, the hosts that made some comments after each song critices Dolores because of that

I do agree that this songs needs a lot of energy. But maybe Dolores was tired of singing this song, it happens when it's the artist's latest single.
