Having fun with a 1954 Projects and Developments Oscar Scooter. Only a few were ever produced. It used a 197cc Villiers Two Stroke engine and had a 4 speed footchange gearbox. The footbrake unusually controlled both front and rear brakes. The wheels were 3.25x12 inches. The body was made from Fibreglass. This was filmed at the Vintage Motor Scooter Clubs AGM and Fun Day at Enderby, Leicestershire UK in May 1994 with the Clubs leading lights at the controls! Some of the other activities at the same event can now be seen in the video titled A CLASSIC SCOOTER SELECTION.
